Samsung beat Apple to the First Rating Customer Satisfaction 2014

Samsung and Apple is a brand name that appears frequently in those articles where they continue to compete to be the champion in various ways, in a number of sales, in large profits, even the Samsung Galaxy S5 felt unable to compete with Apple's iPhone 6 in the 2014's. But there is good news for Samsung as they won the first rank in terms of customer satisfaction in the US in 2014 which was organized by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

In the previous 2013, Apple was the one who ruled with a score of 81, but in 2014, Samsung has increased the score of 76 in 2013 to 81 this year, while Apple actually dropped from 81 to 79 in the year 2014. Ranking subsequently occupied by Nokia, Motorola, HTC, Blackberry and LG in which their scores were above 70 and below 80.
